Why Choose Unity Day Camp?
At Unity Day Camp, our mission is to provide a safe, affordable, and engaging environment where children can thrive. We believe in fostering confidence, building friendships, and imparting valuable skills. Our camp also offers wonderful job opportunities for youth and young adults, equipping them with essential leadership skills that will benefit them for years to come. We believe in mentorship and diverse opportunities for youth in the Malvern area.
A Day in the Life at Unity Day Camp
Our camp program is thoughtfully designed to offer a variety of activities that cater to different interests and talents. Here’s a glimpse of what your child can expect:
- Visual Arts: Let your child’s creativity soar with our arts and crafts sessions.
- Dance: Energetic morning movement that get everyone moving and grooving, while keeping them physically active.
- Sports: From soccer to basketball, our sports activities promote teamwork and healthy competition.
- Educational and Social Games: Fun and interactive games that also teach valuable leadership and social skills.
We understand the importance of nutrition, so we provide two delicious and healthy snacks each day. Plus, every Friday, campers can look forward to an optional Pizza lunch, adding a tasty end to the week.
Keeping Minds Sharp
We believe in the balance of fun and learning. Our academic component ensures that children continue to sharpen their minds over the summer break. This program helps maintain their academic skills in a fun and engaging way, preventing summer learning loss.
Faith and Values
For families interested in a faith-based experience, we offer an optional component where children can explore bible stories and engage in discussions about faith, character, and values. This aspect of our program is entirely optional, respecting the diverse beliefs of our campers.
Weekly Adventures
Every week, campers embark on exciting field trips to various local attractions. These adventures are designed to be both educational and entertaining, providing memorable experiences for all. Additionally, there’s a weekly trip to a local swimming pool, ensuring everyone has a splash-tastic time!
